Elder Rasband paid special tribute to the roles of the last 3 Church presidents in the coming of the Bangkok Thailand Temple.

Temple dedication brings focus on missionary work and conversion in the ‘60s and ‘70s as well as the future generations of Thai Latter-day Saints.

Elder Tai, Asia Area president, will preside at the Nov. 25 event and offer the dedicatory prayer on the site and construction process.

To be dedicated by President Henry B. Eyring, the temple will be the Church’s second house of the Lord in St. George, Utah.

The house of the Lord in Modesto begins construction phase a day before the Feather River California Temple is dedicated.

Hungary’s first house of the Lord is one of 21 total temples in Europe and among the eight that are in planning and design.

Five years and one day since the day it was announced, Elder Ulisses Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles dedicated the Feather River California Temple in Yuba City, California.

The new temple will be dedicated Oct. 8, 2023, but the Church’s history in McAllen goes back much further.

In April 2000, 6 temples were dedicated in a calendar month; 2 months later, another 6 were dedicated in just 15 days.

Church members worldwide experienced joy and tender feelings following President Nelson’s temple announcement at the conclusion of the Sunday afternoon session.

What’s changed and what’s original following the renovation of the historic St. George Utah Temple, which will be rededicated in December.

Also included is the current status for each temple, as of Sept. 29, 2023.

From spires to the north addition and interior reinforcements, renovation work continues on the Salt Lake Temple and Temple Square.

Of the 133 temples President Nelson has announced in the past 5 and a half years, 7 are dedicated, 4 are scheduled for dedication and 43 are under construction.

Following its Nov. 12 dedication, the house of the Lord in Okinawa will become Japan’s fourth operating temple.

Reservations to tour the Orem Utah Temple are available online. The public open house is from Friday, Oct. 27, through Saturday, Dec. 16, excluding Sundays and Thanksgiving Day.

With the new temple showing through the windows behind him, Elder Neil L. Andersen invited youth to find courage living the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Elder Quentin L. Cook blessed the temple to be “an inspiration to the entire community.”

Latter-day Saints’ “hearts are brimmed with joy” for the Lord’s “bounteous blessings.”

Elder Andersen blessed the temple to provide “added goodness, honesty, peacemaking, and prayer” to the “precious land of Brazil.”

Elder Neil L. Andersen’s dedication of the Brasília Brazil Temple is the 1st of 3 temple dedications on a historic day for the Church.

Moses Lake Washington Temple was dedicated by Elder Quentin L. Cook and is the Church’s 182nd temple. It is the third of three temples dedicated in historic weekend.
